Context

Enterprise customer engagement rarely arrives as one tidy assignment. Priorities span products, audiences, channels, and internal teams, while each campaign still needs a clear purpose and a practical route to launch. Across two lines of business, Claire serves as a primary strategic partner helping client and agency teams turn that complexity into coordinated work.

The setting demands both a broad view and close attention to execution. Business priorities, audience needs, campaign performance, market context, creative development, technical dependencies, reviews, and channel readiness all influence the plan. No single discipline owns the whole picture.

Claire’s contribution

Claire leads the client relationship and helps frame the work before it moves into production. She translates objectives into integrated strategies, briefs, test plans, and execution paths, then keeps the right people connected as decisions develop. She also presents recommendations, creative direction, risks, results, and next steps to client leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Her leadership is not a claim to every specialist decision. Strategy and analytics partners shape audience and performance perspectives. Creative teams develop the expression. Technology, product, operations, and channel teams bring feasibility and execution expertise. Client partners hold essential business context and approval responsibility. Claire’s role is to make that collective work legible, aligned, and actionable.

Approach

Each initiative begins by clarifying the business priority and the audience need it is meant to address. Claire helps turn that framing into a brief with an understandable objective, channel role, deliverables, review path, and definition of readiness. Where testing is appropriate, she works with partners to connect the learning goal to the campaign plan.

During development, Claire maintains a view across the work rather than allowing dependencies to remain inside separate disciplines. She brings open questions to the right stakeholders, makes risks visible, and helps teams sequence decisions. That coordination supports programs across email, push, app, web, direct mail, sales materials, and social without assuming every channel belongs in every effort.

As work approaches launch, she helps coordinate reviews, approvals, quality assurance, and readiness. Afterward, performance and customer response become inputs to the next recommendation, allowing the partnership to learn without separating analysis from future planning.

Collaboration and outcome

The qualitative outcome is a more connected way to manage customer engagement across the enterprise relationship. Client leaders have a strategic partner who can move between business context and execution detail, while specialist teams have clearer inputs, decisions, and paths for resolving dependencies.

The work is deliberately shared. Claire provides continuity and leadership across the relationship; the quality of each program depends on the expertise and accountability of the full client and agency team.

Reflection

Strong client leadership is less about standing at the center than helping the system stay connected. It requires enough strategic perspective to protect the purpose of the work and enough operational fluency to help people deliver it. Claire’s practice is to create that connection—clear framing, candid communication, visible ownership, and respect for the specialists who turn a plan into a customer experience.
